Accommodation
We currently do not have fixed hotel partnerships. We therefore recommend that participants arrange accommodation individually. (If hotel partnerships are confirmed, this page will be updated accordingly.)
For convenient access to the conference venue (Apothekertrakt Schönbrunn), we suggest choosing hotels:
- along the U4 metro line, which offers the most direct connection to the venue (Schönbrunn)
- or along tram lines 10, 60 or 52, 62 as well as the bus lines 10A or 56A, which connections to Schönbrunn
For navigation, we recommend using Google Maps for quick and reliable route planning.
Travel time from central Vienna to the venue is typically around 25–30 minutes.

Below you will find Hotel Graf Stadion, which is confirmed as a partner hotel for 2026, as well as Hotel Josefshof, which has been our partner in previous years and is currently in discussion again for this year.
Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus
The affectionately run 4-star Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus is located in an idyllic side street in Vienna’s historic Josefstadt district. The city centre with all its sights, theatres, museums, shopping streets and the Vienna Ringstrasse are just a few minutes walk away. You are also perfectly connected to the public by the nearby underground and tram lines.
The rooms and suites are located in two historic buildings. Therefore, they are individually designed and each one is unique. What they all have in common, however, is the typical Viennese flair, state-of-the-art facilities and premium box spring beds. The breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. and the garden in the courtyard are among the special highlights. The Conference Location can be reached by public transport in 25 minutes (take U2 and U4).

Hotel Graf Stadion
A family-run 3-star hotel in Vienna awaits you in a central location. The Hotel Graf Stadion offers single, double and triple rooms. Classified with 3 stars.
All rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly parquet floors, bath or shower, WC, cosmetic mirror, cosmetic towels, hand wash gel, shower gel, hair dryer, electric kettle, UPC cable TV flat screen, telephone. Free WLAN internet is available everywhere.
The historic city centre as well as the Ringstraße, the Hofburg, museums and other sights are only a short walk away. The Conference Location can be reached by public transport in 25 minutes (take U2 and U4).
