- regular booth incl. equipment (tables, chairs, boards, WiFi, electricity)
- day admission to the conference and the respective social event (1 person)
- company presentation (videos, info, photos)
- overnight security service from 6pm to 6am
* In this case you share your exhibitor area with one other company of your choice. The choice is made one month before the con- ference starts. This option will give you the opportunity to save costs (for example personal costs) while you also have the benefit, that you are able to manage the logistics of your exhibition with the second company (for example the company which is closer to Vienna brings the TV for presentations). Also, the person responsible for product presentation and similar duties could be shared. The possibilities are in your hands! If you select this option, you automatically accept that your contact details will be passed on to the other companies choosing this option to allow for the organization of the joint stands. If no partner is found, the package will be upgraded to a Basic Exhibitor (+200 €)
