Wolfgang H. Börner
Wolfgang H. Börner studied Prehistory and Classical Archaeology at the Universities of Graz and Vienna, Austria, where he graduated with the diploma thesis on “The Hallstatt Age Graveyards of Roggendorf and Röschitz, Lower Austria, Austria” in 1988.
He worked on various excavations for the Austrian Bundesdenkmalamt in Lower Austria, Burgenland und Salzburg and also at the Museum of Hallstatt (Inventory)
Currently, Wolfgang Börner is working for the Department of Urban Archaeology of Vienna (department of the Museen der Stadt Wien) (since 1990) (www.wien.gv.at/archaeologie)
