Final information for participation in CHNT 27

The 27th edition of the Conference On Cultural Heritage and New Technologies is about to start. The final preparations are on progress and we look forward to seeing you all tomorrow at the Vienna City Hall and meeting you online.

In addition, the entire timetable is available as a PDF (download) and printed out at the Vienna City Hall.


ON-SITE PARTICIPATION

All registered persons will receive their name badge at the Registration Desk. Please do not forget to wear it on all conference days.

The conference will take place in four different locations this year. The main rooms (Wappensaal & TOP 319) are located in the Vienna City Hall. The four conference locations are marked on this map: CHNT Google Map (Link)

For the Round Tables on Thursday, a guide will accompany you from the Vienna City Hall to the Ahnensaal. Please come to the meeting point (registration desk) at 09:40 / 13:40!

4. Department of Numismatics and Monetary History
Franz-Klein-Gasse 1, 1190 Vienna

The training “Digital Collections and Presentation of Cultural Heritage” takes place here. A colleague of with will guide you from the Vienna City Hall to the location in the 19th district. Please come to the meeting point (registration desk) at 13:25!


ONLINE PARTICIPATION

All registered persons have already received the online access for the conference. We are using the online conference tool HOPIN. A written manual for this tool can be downloaded here.

Four conference rooms (called sessions) have been set up on HOPIN. Please check the programme to see where each session / round table will take place.

In addition, we have set up an Exhibition Area to introduce you to our Exhibitors.
